I was referred to Lucky Five Motorsport (Michael Loverso) by my Car Detailer. Michael is genuine, knowledgeable, experienced, service orientated and an overall great guy. He spent a lot of time explaining things to me and he researched (on my behalf) the best available and affordable products for my Porsche Cayman. He never pushed me into making a decision that was beneficial to him and that I was not comfortable with. I originally went to Lucky Five to have my brake callipers painted, however in the end I purchased new wheels, tires, springs and the callipers were painted too. These additions have completely changed the look and feel of my car, and I could not be happier with the outcome. Between suggesting ideas, ordering and receiving the goods, Michael kept me updated and informed. I rarely come across this level of service now-a-days. Overall, an amazing experience. This is a first class business. From the time of first contact there was just helpful advice not any hint of a sales pitch or boasting of excellence. Where do i start! Started with a Saturday midday appointment a few weeks ago with Michael and his family at Lucky 5 motor shop (straight from Tesla Mulgrave pickup of new M3P black) and received coffees, laughs and straight to the point easy to understand advice. Michaels experience, laid back personality just oozes ultimate honest caring professionalism.
Left the new toy in the hands of Michael was the best thing i could have done. Over the 7 days of work , i would receive updates, photos to see the progress of the makeover, allaying any anxiety one may have (this was my first PPF).
When the day finally came to collect the finished work (PPF and window tinting), i was amazed by the beauty that a PPF can do! It transformed the look of the Tesla M3P to a unique masterpiece.
Coming from the healthcare industry, I’m very meticulous with the fine details, and all were thoroughly surpassed.
